Fragrance Boulevard is the retail arm of a wholesale fragrance business founded in 1998. The bottles have not changed. The number of people taking a cut before it reaches you has.
In 1998, my business partner sold a pool service company and put fifty thousand dollars into fragrance. He had no distribution, no accounts, and no particular advantage except that he loved the product and was unusually careful about where he bought it.
That carefulness turned out to be the whole business. Fragrance is a category where the supply chain is the product. Where a bottle came from determines whether it is real, whether it is in date, and whether the juice inside matches the label. He built relationships with authorized distributors one at a time and refused the cheap stock that came from anywhere else. Twenty-eight years later, those same relationships are the reason we can do this.
For most of that time we were invisible. We sold to buyers, not to people. Cases moved from a distributor to our warehouse to a retail chain, and somewhere at the end of that chain a person paid three times what we had sold it for. That gap was never a secret inside the industry. It was just never available to the person actually wearing the fragrance.
Fragrance Boulevard is that gap, opened up. Same warehouse, same distributors, same sealed cases, pointed at you instead of at a buying office. I run it personally, my name is on the company, and the phone number at the bottom of this page rings a desk that someone actually sits at.
We are new to selling direct, and I am not going to pretend to a consumer track record we have not earned yet. What we have is twenty-eight years of getting this right for buyers who order by the pallet and do not tolerate mistakes. The standard does not change because the order is one bottle.

Nothing about a discounted bottle is different from a full-price one. What differs is how many businesses need to be paid on the way to your hands.
Every link is a business with rent, payroll and a margin to hit. By the time the bottle reaches the counter it is carrying the cost of the room it is standing in.
We buy overstock in volume, sealed and in date, and ship it from our own warehouse in Southern California. The two links we removed are what you were paying for. That is the entire mechanism, and it is not a trick.

On the overwhelming majority of the two thousand fragrances we carry, we are already the lowest price you will find anywhere online. We check.
On the rare occasion someone beats us, we would rather match the price than lose you over a few dollars. Send us the link before you order, or within 14 days after, and we will match it or refund the difference. No arguing, no form to fill out. Email support@fragranceboulevard.com or call us.

Controlled upstream, not at the box.
Plenty of sellers promise they inspect every single bottle. At real volume that promise is difficult to keep, and we would rather tell you how this actually works.
Authenticity in fragrance is not decided at the packing bench. It is decided by who you buy from. A counterfeit bottle has no route into a sealed factory case from an authorized distributor, and sealed factory cases from authorized distributors are the only stock we purchase. Our supplier relationships go back decades precisely because we have never been willing to test the cheaper alternative.
At our end, stock arrives in sealed cases and is inspected on receipt for seal integrity, cellophane, coding and packaging condition. Anything that fails does not go on the shelf. Every bottle we ship carries its original manufacturer batch code, untouched, and you are welcome to check it once it arrives.
We do not sell testers as retail bottles, we do not decant, we do not refill, and we do not deal in unbranded or repackaged stock. If a product is a tester it is listed as a tester and priced as one.
Three things worth knowing.
Stated here rather than buried in a policy page, because you should know them before you spend money, not after.

Returns are unopened only.
Thirty days, unopened, in original packaging including the outer wrap, and return shipping is on you. This is the standard across the discount fragrance category. An opened bottle cannot be resold, and a policy we cannot afford is a policy we would eventually break. If you are unsure about a scent, email us first and we will talk you through it honestly, including telling you not to buy it.

Packaging sometimes varies.
Overstock is, by definition, stock that has been sitting. Boxes get updated, brands revise their artwork, and a bottle produced in a different year may look slightly different from the current press image. The fragrance itself is unaffected. If exact current packaging matters to you, and for a gift it often does, email us before ordering and we will tell you what we actually have on the shelf.

Stock is finite and moves fast.
We buy specific lots, not open-ended supply. When a lot is gone we often cannot get it again at the same price, or at all. Nothing on this site is a permanent listing, and we are not going to pretend otherwise with a fake countdown timer.

Someone picks up.
The reason people distrust discount fragrance sites is rarely the fragrance. It is what happens when something goes wrong.
Our phone is answered by a person, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Pacific. Email gets a reply the same day in almost every case. If a bottle arrives damaged or leaking, we replace it or refund it and we carry that cost, not you.
If you want a recommendation, ask. We have been smelling this catalogue for a very long time and we will tell you when the cheaper bottle is the better one.
